Technical Information: Selective handpicking of healthy, ripe grapes followed by whole bunch pressing to ensure high must quality. For the most part fermented in stainless steel, however a small portion of this wine was fermented and matured in 2500 l traditional oak casks, to add extra complexity to the cuvée.
Scent: Full rich fruit bouquet with ripe apple, pear and apricot aromas.
Palate: A full flavoured Riesling with a fine balanced acidity, in the classic Bürklin style. Uncomplicated, but still fine and elegant.
Food Pairing: With light mediterranean cuisine, fresh salads and shellfish.
