Color: Totally opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark purple hue
Scents: Enticing aromatics of black cherries, liquorice and black raspberries sail out of the glass trailed by scorched earth, herbs du Provence and spice
Palate: Boasting superb depth and concentration the palate is awash with opulent black cherry, black raspberry and liquorice fruits which are backed by sturdy, slightly chewy tannins. On the heights of « lieu-dit Clavin », sands and red clays covers Miocene safres. This is the early maturity part of the terroir of slopes, producing tender and seductive wines, with the full bodied character borrowed to the adjacent « les Trois Sources ».
