Nose: Nose with notes of roast of late harvest, light gingerbread, Golden brioche.

Palate: Underscored by a fine freshness due to the absence of dosage and a delicate bubble. It gives the impression to the nose and the attack to be at midway between a crémant Brut and Demi-sec .
