Region: Aÿ, Champagne - France
Grape: 100% Chardonnay
Color: The wine is seductive with its clear appearance mottled with light bronze reflections- characteristic of the Chardonnay grape – and with its fine, dense, regular sparkle.
Scents: On the nose, this Blanc de Blancs surprises with its delightful aroma, its extreme finesse and pleasant aromas of ripe white fruits and kumquats.
Palate: The flavour, in perfect harmony with the aroma revealed during the olfactory examination, is both powerful and fully developed. The same hints of orange zest combined with pleasing slightly lemon notes can again be found.
What remains, subtly, is a lingering aroma which seems to continue indefinitely.
This fine, light wine, suggesting a fine lace, is best appreciated as an aperitif or accompaniment to fine dishes and seafood.
