Les Adages is a partnership between CWS and some local traditional Burgundy producers. Throughout the years, CWS has built very solid relationships with acclaimed Burgundy producers. According to vintages, we start new collaborations in order to bring to our customers textbook Burgundies. For the vintage 2016, we partnered with the Maison Chanzy, one of the most promising estate of the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits.
